Ariel, a native of Waxhaw, NC, has been in the aesthetics industry since 2017. As our Marketing Director, she combines her passion for patient care with her expertise in crafting exceptional experiences for all who visit Renew Medspa. At her core, Ariel is dedicated to ensuring that every patient receives top-notch care and a memorable experience. Balancing her professional life with her role as a mom to three beautiful girls and wife to her high school sweetheart, Ariel’s commitment to family is as strong as her dedication to her work.On weekends, Ariel can be found enjoying quality time with her family at the dirt bike track or in the garage working on one of their many project cars!

Born and raised in Union County, Sherry brings over 15 years of experience in the medical field to our team as an Office Administrator. Outside of her professional life, Sherry is a proud grandmother to six energetic grandsons, who affectionately call her “Oma.” Though she has worn many hats throughout her career, being “Oma” is by far her most cherished role. When she’s not busy at the office or spending time with her grandsons, Sherry enjoys reading, thrifting for unique finds, and unwinding at her cozy mountain house.

Originally from Maryland, Kirsten has been living and working in the Charlotte area for the past 20 years. She has 15 years experience in plastic surgery and dermatology offices as a concierge and aesthetic sales coordinator. Kirsten has extensive knowledge of skincare products, microneedling, chemical peels, facials, and other aesthetic treatments. In her free time Kirsten enjoys travel, reading, and gardening.

Alexandra Sigmon, a Charlotte native, is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner who specializes in Aesthetics. She received her degree in Nursing from Queens University of Charlotte, and earned her Masters in Science Degree at Purdue University Global, followed by the completion of her clinical training in Los Angeles, California.

Alex is passionate about continuously learning, staying up-to-date with the latest innovative techniques and research in skin treatments, to allow for the delivery of care that is safe and proficient. She holds a personal appreciation for cosmetic injections and cultivates an environment designed for naturally enhancing and perfecting a rejuvenated look. Alex values positive patient relationships and will ensure that your objectives are discussed in-depth, creating a treatment plan that is individually tailored to achieve your personal aesthetic goals.

Outside of the Med Spa, Alex possesses a great love for adventurous travel, spending time with her family, exercising, horseback riding, and visiting wineries. She aspires to achieve continuous professional and personal growth.

Brittany has been practicing as a Licensed Practical Nurse since graduating from South Piedmont Community College in 2009. She obtained her Aesthetician License from Aveda Institute of Charlotte in 2016. Additionally, she has taken continuing education courses for dermaplaning, microneedling, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and laser services. Upon graduation from Aveda, she has devoted the past four years to using her medical knowledge towards her passion for cosmetic services. Brittany is a highly trained professional who listens to her clients’ specific concerns and provides a personalized service suited for each individual’s needs. Brittany has been a resident of the Waxhaw area for the past 20 years. Outside of work she enjoys kick box theme fitness, trying new restaurants, travel, and evenings spent at home with her husband and pets.

With over 6 years of experience in laser esthetics, Fatemeh is dedicated to making women feel and look beautiful and confident. Her journey in the esthetics field has fueled her deep love for skincare, transforming it into both a profession and a personal passion. As a Middle Easterner, she has extensive experience treating a variety of skin tones and types.

Specializing in various laser treatments, she focuses on helping clients achieve their goals, both in the spa and through personalized at-home routines. She believes in the power of education, ensuring every client understands how to maintain their skin health long after leaving our doors. When she’s not helping clients, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling, always seeking new experiences and places to explore. She also loves trying new food and learning about different cultures.

Born and raised in Charlotte, Kate is a skincare specialist who brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to our team. She began her journey in the med-spa industry as a receptionist, where she fell in love with skincare. This inspired her to attend the Aveda Institute of Charlotte, where she received her skincare license in 2012.

Kate specializes in a variety of treatments including dermaplaning, microneedling, chemical peels, IPL, and laser hair removal. She is dedicated to helping clients reach their skincare goals through both professional services and at-home routines. Kate’s approach to skincare is rooted in education, ensuring that clients understand how to maintain their skin health beyond the spa.

When she’s not at the spa, Kate enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her husband, daughters and two dogs. She also loves to travel, with Miami being one of her favorite destinations.

Marnie is a Licensed Aesthetician and Certified CoolSculpting Specialist, graduating from Estelle Skin Care and Spa Institute in Skokie, IL in 2020. Marnie likes to help educate patients on products and with their aesthetic needs. She is new to the Waxhaw area and loves discovering things in her new town. She is married with 3 children and her dog, Bentley. When she is not at work, she loves to travel, shop, read and bake Macarons.

Danielle comes to Renew Med Spa with over 32 years in the beauty industry. As a licensed cosmetologist, she brings with her experience and knowledge to help point our patients and clients towards the right products and services. Danielle is a wife and mother to 3 college-aged kids, enjoys shopping, planting, and gardening, and spending time with her family and two cats PB & Jelly. If she isn’t at the spa, shopping, or spending time with her family, you can find her at the beach.
