Kirsten Sharpe has been working in aesthetics and plastic surgery since 2007 and is passionate about the industry, particularly when it comes to delivering excellent customer service. She has extensive knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and procedures. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and has visited 28 countries. In her free time, Kirsten likes gardening, crafting, and reading. She has been married for 19 years and is currently planning their next adventure.

Mischell Christmas graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Maine and brings over 40 years of experience in nursing and medical aesthetics. Licensed in 26 U.S. states and New South Wales, Australia, she has held leadership, clinical, and training roles across the U.S. and abroad, including Vice President of Operations for Elan Cosmetic Centers and practice at Sydneys Infinity Skin Clinic. She returned to Charlotte in 2022, continuing her commitment to patient care and aesthetic excellence.

Fatemeh is an expert laser specialist with a deep passion for advanced laser technology and its transformative impact on the skin. She has dedicated her career exclusively to laser treatments, mastering a wide range of modalities to treat various skin concerns safely and effectively. As a Middle Easterner, she has extensive experience working with diverse skin tones, ensuring customized treatments for optimal results.

Her expertise lies in helping clients achieve their skincare goals through precision laser treatments and personalized at-home care. Fatemeh is committed to educating clients on maintaining long-term skin health, ensuring they feel confident and informed every step of the way.

Danielle comes to Renew Med Spa with over 32 years in the beauty industry. As a licensed cosmetologist, she brings with her experience and knowledge to help point our patients and clients towards the right products and services. Danielle is a wife and mother to 3 college-aged kids, enjoys shopping, planting, and gardening, and spending time with her family and two cats PB & Jelly. If she isn’t at the spa, shopping, or spending time with her family, you can find her at the beach.

Jennifer is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician specializing in aging, sensitive, and acne-prone skin. She is dedicated to helping clients feel confident and comfortable in their skin at every stage of life.

Her approach combines intentional touch and attention to detail with a results-focused philosophy, delivering a restorative and elevated experience. Treatments are thoughtfully designed to support each client’s unique needs and are paired with home care routines that promote consistency and long-term results.

Outside of the treatment room, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, baking something sweet, soaking up the sunshine, and sharing a good laugh.
