Swedish massage increases flexibility and range of motion, overall energy, improves posture, blood flow, mood, and supports healthy immunity. Our most relaxing massage.

Himalayan Salt Stone Massage – Reduces muscle tension and inflammation.  Salt stones contain 84 minerals that occur naturally in the body and can be absorbed through the skin.  This massage is both relaxing and rejuvenating.  You will receive the Himalayan Salt Stone to take home with you to continue your relaxation. Deep Tissue Massage – Uses slow deliberate strokes that focus greater pressure to reach deeper layers of the muscle and fascia. It is a great stress reliever, reduces pain, lowers blood pressure, heart rate, breaks up scar tissue which makes movement easier, reduces arthritis symptoms, and rehabilitates injured muscles.

Neuromuscular Massage – A specialized form of manual massage in which concentrated pressure and friction are used to release areas of strain in a muscle. Greatly reduces pain, and provides a higher level of flexibility and strength.  Increases ease and efficiency of movement, better posture, balances the musculoskeletal and nervous systems, improves blood circulation, and lowers levels of toxins in the body.

Sports Massage – Addresses specific needs of athletes using components of Swedish massage, cross-fiber friction massage and deep compression massage and trigger point therapy.  It creates a reduction of muscle tension, muscular pain, and discomfort, eases range of motion, leading to enhanced performance.  Decreases muscle stiffness and soreness after exercise of physical activity.
